The Pacifica City Council meets at 6:00 pm on the second and fourth Monday of each month unless noted otherwise.
To receive an email notice of City Council agendas when they are placed on the website, please leave a message with your email address with the City Clerk.
NOTE: Regular City Council meetings are held in-person at Council Chambers, 2212 Beach Blvd, Pacifica with remote access to observe and participate in the meeting via ZOOM, unless otherwise noted in the meeting Agenda.

How to Provide Written Public Comments
- During the Meeting: Provide any written materials to the City Clerk at the meeting. Materials in writing provided at the meeting should provide seven (7) copies to provide for each Councilmembers, City Clerk and City staff.
- Before the Meeting: Members of the public are encouraged to submit written public comments before the meeting by sending an email to publiccomment@pacifica.gov by 12:00 pm on the meeting date. Written comments will be made part of the record of proceedings but will not be read verbally at the meeting. Comments submitted by email should adhere to the following:
- In the Subject Line, clearly indicate the Meeting Date and Agenda Item No. or Public Comment on Item Not on Agenda for items not on the agenda.
- Include the submitter’s full name.
- Written comments received that do not specify a particular agenda item will be marked for the general public comment portion of the agenda - "Public Comment on Item Not on Agenda."
- Note: Staff cannot guarantee written comments received after 12:00pm on the meeting date will be received by Council before the meeting. However, all written comments received prior to the end of a meeting will be sent to Council and made part of the record of proceedings.
