Beach Avenue, from Paloma to Montecito, will be closed when storm conditions require it.
Conditions will be reevaluated before the road is reopened.

Mission

The mission of the Pacifica Parks Maintenance Division is to enhance, develop, operate and maintain a park and recreation system that enriches the quality of life for residents and visitors alike and preserves it for future generations. The Division protects natural resources and habitat and provides natural areas for the community to gather and interact.

Through the conscientious upkeep of city parks, street trees, beaches, medians and sports fields, the Parks Maintenance Division helps create a green infrastructure that is essential for providing relief from urban development, preserving the environment and providing a variety of opportunities for recreation. The Division also assists with the maintenance of recreational facilities, play equipment inspections, pest control and facilitation of citywide special events.
