Parcel Map Procedure

After the Tentative Parcel Map has been approved, submit the following to the Engineering Division:

1. Parcel Map
2. Current Title Report
3. Closure Calculations
4. Record Documents (including applicable maps and deeds)

Upon receipt of a complete submittal, the City will forward the package to the City Surveyor for a map review proposal.

The applicant will be required to submit a deposit based on the City Surveyor's estimated review cost before the map review can begin.

Once the Parcel Map has been recommended for approval, the applicant shall:

• Print the final Parcel Map on mylar
• Sign the Owner's Statement
• Submit the signed mylar to the Engineering Division for final City signatures

After all required signatures have been obtained, the applicant will record the Parcel Map with the San Mateo County Recorder's Office.

Any unused portion of the review deposit will be refunded to the applicant following recordation of the Parcel Map.
