These fees were established to defray the actual or estimated costs of constructing improvements within city limits, which improvements will be required to accommodate the increased capacity in the area resulting from future building activity in the city.
Utility Pavement Cut Fees:
Beginning August 12, 2022, the City of Pacifica will be requiring Utility Cut fees on encroachment permits for those who make cuts into City roads. For more details and to learn more about these fees, please click here.
