The FY 2026-27 Pavement Resurfacing Project will resurface various streets in the City of Pacifica and follows the Council approved 5-year Street Maintenance Program. The Project will resurface streets in various streets (see Street List & Project Plans below) and includes rubber cape seal, slurry seal, double slurry seal, spot repairs, base repairs, pavement striping and other miscellaneous work.

2026 Street Resurfacing Project Schedule

The City of Pacifica will begin its annual street resurfacing program on June 22, 2026. This project will improve roadway conditions throughout the city through a combination of mill and overlay, microsurfacing, slurry seal, and localized pavement repairs.

To help residents stay informed, the City has prepared interactive maps showing the anticipated treatment type and schedule for each street segment included in this year's program.

• Whether their street is included in the project
• The planned pavement treatment
• The anticipated construction timeframe

Please note that schedules are subject to change due to weather, equipment availability, unforeseen field conditions, and utility conflicts. Updated information will be posted to this page as it becomes available.

During construction, temporary parking restrictions and traffic control measures may be in place. Advance notification signs will be posted in affected areas before work begins.
