Donation Opportunities

Pacifica Senior Services Giving Tree

Financial donations to the Giving Tree program are used to support an array of senior programs offered through City of Pacifica Senior Services. Donations can be made to someone in the following ways:

"In Memory of"
"In Honor of"
"On the occasion of," or
as a "Thank You to"

Persons recognized will be named on an engraved leaf or rock (based on donation amount) which will be on permanent display on the Giving Tree in the lobby of the Pacifica Community Center. Engraved stars can be added to leaves and rocks to represent increments of additional contribution.

Item	Donation Amount	Additional Stars
Engraved Leaf	$200	Additional $200 for each star
Small Rock	$1,000	Additional $1,000 for each star
Medium Rock	$5,000	Additional $1,000 for each star
Large Rock	$10,000	Additional $1,000 for each star

Donations can be made to Senior Services Program Coordinator at the Pacifica Community Center using the Giving Tree Application. For additional information, please call the Recreation Supervisor at (650) 420-3973.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT and SUPPLIES: We no longer accept any medical supplies or equipment. Below are local area sites that accept donations and distribute:
