The City of Pacifica Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department, in collaboration with the Pacifica Resource Center, and in cooperation with the California Coastal Commission, is proud to present the Pacifica Resource Beach Parking Pass. This pass is available to any qualifying person on a limited income who meets the eligibility requirements.

Eligibility can be only established by providing one of the following forms of proof. No substitutions.

• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
• Medi-Cal
• Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card
• Calfresh
• SFMTA (Low Income)
• Lifeline Pass YMCA Membership Assistance
• Lyft Bay Wheels (Bikeshare for All)
• PG&E Care utility discount

How to Obtain a Resource Beach Parking Pass:

1. Fill out a Resource Registration Form (available in English and Spanish; linked below) and email it to pbrregis@pacifica.gov along with your proof of eligibility (see options above and listed on Resource Registration Forms) or those documents can be mailed to: City of Pacifica, PB&R 170 Santa Maria Avenue, Pacifica CA 9404

2. Allow 5-10 business days for PB&R staff to process and verify your eligibility. If the registration form is not complete and/or the proof of eligibility is insufficient, PB&R staff will reach out to get those documents corrected or replaced.
3. Once you have received confirmation that you are eligible for a Resource Beach Parking Pass, payment must be processed to finalize the transaction. DO NOT pay for a Resource Beach Parking Pass until PB&R staff have verified your eligibility as PB&R does not offer refunds on Annual or Resource Beach Parking Passes.
   1. Acceptable forms of payment include:
      1. Filling in the credit/debit card information section on the Resource Registration Form allowing PB&R staff to charge your card as soon as your eligibility has been verified
      2. A check can be mailed to: City of Pacifica, PB&R 170 Santa Maria Avenue, Pacifica CA 94044
      3. A check or exact amount of cash can be dropped off at the Community Center (540 Crespi Drive, Pacifica CA 94044)
      4. Paying via credit/debit card using the online registration portal and by searching Annual Pacifica Resource Beach Parking Pass in the Activities section
4. Print a copy of your receipt for your records. This receipt can be placed on the dashboard of your car and used as a temporary pass until you receive your physical pass in the mail. If you need assistance obtaining a copy of your receipt, email pbrregis@pacifica.gov
5. Your Resource Beach Parking Pass will be mailed to you once the registration form, proof of eligibility, and payment have been received and processed. Please allow at least one week for the Resource Beach Parking Pass to arrive in the mail before contacting Parks, Beaches, and Recreation.
