Plan your private party at the Jean E. Brink Pool. Birthdays, family gatherings, sports team celebrations or excuse will do!

Cost:

• $189.00 per hour (up to 50 participants)

• $30.00 per hour for each additional 25 participants

All parties must be paid in full at the time of reservation. No refunds. Reservations may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Participant Count:
Prices are based on the total number of people in the facility, whether swimming or not. Adjustments to participant numbers must be made in advance through the Aquatic Department. 

Included Equipment:
Tables, chairs, and benches are available for use.

Availability:

• Saturdays: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm & 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm

• Sundays: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Rental time must include changing and cleanup. You may arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up. All guests, belongings, and cleanup must be completed by the end of your rental time.

Late Cleanup Policy:
Parties not fully cleaned up and out of the facility by the agreed end time will be billed $2 per minute.

Reservation Requirements:

• Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance with full payment.

• Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance.

• All customers reserving a party must go to Resource detail | ActiveNet - Online Recreation Activities to make the party reservation.

Rules Governing the Use of Oceana Pool by Private Groups

1. All participants and spectators must abide by the pool rules as posted at the facility.
2. Tables, food and drink, will be allowed on the pool deck ONLY.
3. No diving off the starting blocks. 
4. No glass containers or bottles are allowed in the facility.
5. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around the facility or on the campus.
6. No smoking is allowed in the facility or on the campus.
7. User groups are responsible for clean-up at the end of their activity.
8. The pool staff will have final say on settling any issues, should they arise.
9. Children 6 & under or less than 48" tall must be accompanied one on one by an adult in the water at all times.
10. Coast Guard Approved Lifejackets are approved in the pool.  A parent must be with the participant wearing the life jacket at all times. We also have lifejackets, just ask a Lifeguard for one.
11. No balloons! Our ventilation system could "inhale" the balloons which would cause a costly break down of the system. 
12. All swimmers are required to take a swim test if they wish to swim anywhere past the shallow end of the pool or go off the diving boards.
