General Planning Application Form
Complete the General Planning Application form to file an application for a development project, use permit or other planning approval. You should contact the planning division to confirm what applications and materials will be required for your project.
When you are ready to submit the application, a planner will send you a submission link you will use to provide your application form, plans, and other materials. You will also need to provide a fee payment based on the Citywide Fee Schedule and agree to reimburse city costs of processing the application.
When you apply, you may need to provide these additional forms:
- Environmental Review Checklist - required for select Housing Element (2023-2031) Sites
- Environmental Information Form (Appendix H)
- Hazardous Waste and Substances Statement
- Levine Act Disclosure Statement - conflict of interest disclosure
