The Human Resources Division is an essential part of the Administrative Services Department, dedicated to supporting the city's workforce and ensuring a thriving and inclusive workplace. Our mission is to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with employment regulations, promoting diversity, and enhancing the employee experience. We take pride in serving our community and supporting our workforce with integrity and professionalism.
Our HR team consists of a Human Resources Manager, a Senior HR Analyst, and two HR Analysts, all committed to providing excellent service and support to our employees.

As part of the Administrative Services Department, our HR Division plays a critical role in ensuring the success of the city’s workforce by offering comprehensive services, including:
