Adopted on February 14, 2006, Pacifica's Strategic Plan represents the ideas, input and feedback of a cross-section of citizens who attended a series of workshops designed to identify where the city should be headed and what its priorities should be. The city council now has the directive to keep its governance in harmony with the strategic plan.
