The large group area can only be reserved by groups of 50 or more due to lack of other large group facilities in the city. Max is 175.
The fee for the large-group area is $150. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the area.
All paperwork and balance is due 30 days prior to event. If the facility use application form is not received by Parks, Beaches and Recreation, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
The key for the BBQ must be picked up before the weekend event (Parks, Beaches & Recreation Dept. is open Wednesday nights until 7:30pm in addition to regular daytime hours). A $25 security deposit is required for the key and will be returned upon receipt of the key after the event.
If a sports equipment bag is reserved, a $100 deposit will be required. This can be paid by check or cash and combined with the key deposit. The deposit will be returned upon receipt of the bag and all its equipment after the event.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in any city facility by City of Pacifica ordinance.
The parking lot is closed by 4:30pm by the park ranger. If an event goes later than 4:00pm, cars should be parked along the street curb. The park closes at dusk.
Bring large garbage bags for trash collection. All garbage must be taken out of the park by the parties that generate it.
Glass containers are prohibited in parks and on beaches by City of Pacifica ordinance.
No softball or hardball is allowed in the park.
No inflatable jumping rooms, toys or pools are allowed in the park.
No sound amplification is allowed in the park.
No driving or parking is allowed in the park. Use the parking lot or street parking.
