If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you may send your letter and the citation to the above address. Your citation will be returned to the department for an administrative review. Once the process is complete, you will be notified in writing of the outcome. The police department does not accept payment for citations.
If you are an adult who has received a traffic violation citation and you need additional information, call the Southern Branch Traffic Court at 650-363-4300. If you are a juvenile who has received a traffic violation citation, call the Juvenile Traffic Court at 650-312-8887.
