Green Building in Pacifica

On December 13, 2010 the City Council adopted a Green Building Ordinance (GBO), thereby establishing green building regulations for new and modified buildings within the City of Pacifica. The Ordinance also required approval by, and formal filing with, the State of California. On July 5, 2011 the Green Building Ordinance became effective.
