Redevelopment Agency:Affordable Housing

The California Health and Safety Code Section 33418, as amended by AB 987 requires that redevelopment agencies compile and make available to the public on the internet a database of existing new and substantially rehabilitated "income restricted" housing units. 

Current Database Content

The Pacifica Redevelopment Agency contributed to the rehabilitation of the Oceanview Apartments (details accessible by clicking the Affordable Housing Database link below), but that rehabilitation was not so extensive as to qualify as "substantial rehabilitation" under state law.
